Refund policy
- You must contact them within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
- Requests go through customer support - email
- You’ll usually need:
- your order number
- photos of the issue (if damaged/incorrect)
Returned items must be:
- unused
- unworn
- unwashed
- unaltered
You generally pay the return shipping cost yourself.
Items we do not accept for return include:
- custom-printed items you simply changed your mind about
- underwear, socks, swimwear, pajamas, masks
- damaged/worn items
- returns requested after 7 days
For cancellations:
- Orders can usually only be canceled while still marked “In Review.”
For damaged, defective, or wrong items:
- We will review claims submitted within 7 days and may issue refunds or replacements.
