Refund policy

  • You must contact them within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
  • Requests go through customer support - email
  • You’ll usually need:
    • your order number
    • photos of the issue (if damaged/incorrect)

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • unaltered

You generally pay the return shipping cost yourself.

Items we do not accept for return include:

  • custom-printed items you simply changed your mind about
  • underwear, socks, swimwear, pajamas, masks
  • damaged/worn items
  • returns requested after 7 days

For cancellations:

  • Orders can usually only be canceled while still marked “In Review.”

For damaged, defective, or wrong items:

  • We will review claims submitted within 7 days and may issue refunds or replacements.
